From Dominant Overwhelm to Influential Peer of the Year
Before working with Claire, Duncan was struggling with teamwork and putting too much pressure on himself resulting in overwhelm.
He had reservations about working with Claire because whilst she came highly recommended by Jess who saw the benefits of investing in herself & others, Duncan didn't know Claire, let alone know what to expect. It's fair to say he was apprehensive about whether there would be any progress made from working with a coach and was fearful of relapsing due to his neurodivergent condition.
